The PHL

The PHL is a league that plays out of the Niagara Region and was formed to create an enjoyable hockey league that will be fun to play in. We are looking for average players to register in our league that can skate (at least a bit) and know the rules of hockey. If you can't skate backwards or you fall - that's OK! This is a league that wants everyone to play. We welcome male and female players and offer ice time, a jersey to use and more. Check out our Player Registration for more information. Right now, we even have a great registration promotion going on, so get started now!

Our league has 4 divisions: Rookie for entry level players, Intermediate and Pro for the developing players and Elite for players with lots of skill.
